A multi-country property portal where listings are ingested automatically from provider feeds and published with search, filtering, and enquiry capture.

AI Lead Qualification Pipeline

Problem

Enquiries arrived as unstructured emails from 8 different property portals, each with its own layout, and had to be re-typed into the CRM before an agent could follow up.

Solution

Google Apps Script parses each portal format into structured fields, then pushes contacts into GoHighLevel with round-robin agent assignment so ownership is decided at intake.

Result

Enquiries land in the CRM already structured and already owned by an agent.

Real-Time Lead Intake & Alert System

Problem

New enquiries were only noticed when someone checked an inbox, so response time depended on who happened to be looking.

Solution

A Google Apps Script web app receives enquiry webhooks, appends them to a Sheets log, and fires a formatted alert through the Telegram Bot API.

Result

The team is notified in real time instead of discovering enquiries later.
